Advanced Dynamics relaunches upgraded, precision filling systems

PKBR Staff Writer Published 11 September 2017

UK-based packaging and labelling equipment supplier Advanced Dynamics has relaunched its upgraded, precision filling systems.

The updated systems, which can be used by the pharmaceutical, food, beverages, cosmetics, detergents and petrochemical industries, will handle any capacity of liquids and fluids and provide accuracy and high-quality filling for different container sizes of up to five litres.

Advanced Dynamics distributes packaging solutions of Pack Leader across the UK.

Pack Leader’s systems provide maximum efficiency, accuracy, precise nozzle positioning, above-surface filling, submerged-filling and neck-entry filling by integrating its volumetric machines with a servo drive system, which handles the main filing process.

The machines will have the ability to handle a wide range of viscous and semi-viscous products.

Advanced Dynamics managing director Malcolm Little said: “Choosing a filling system for liquids, fluids or oils can be a major capital equipment decision for any manufacturer, but the right investment will pay dividends in efficiency savings and have a full-on impact on the bottom line.”

Advanced Dynamics delivers cost-effective, high speed and volumetric filling of oils, liquids and foamy products. The fillers will hold rotundity, flat, prism-shaped vials and various stoppers.

The FC-101 and FC-102 automatic liquid filling and capping machines of Pack Leader will be apt for pharmaceutical, food, beverages, cosmetics, detergents and petrochemical industries.

Furthermore, Advanced Dynamics will handle metal, plastic, aluminium and laminate tubes through tube filling with automatic cream and ointment filling and sealing machinery.

The solutions, which will be ideal for cosmetics, ointment, toothpaste, foodstuff, pharmaceutics and shaving creams, will be exhibited at PPMA Exhibition in Birmingham in September.

“Our range of flexible filling and capping machines is second to none – and available nowhere else in the UK. These are highly accurate and robust automated solutions that will not break the bank, but will ensure your liquid products get to market quickly and efficiently.”, Little added.
